Maria Socorro Velayo Bates entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on October 12, 2020. She was 60 years old.

Born August 10, 1960 in The Philippines to parents Guellerma and Ramon Velayo, Maria is survived by many loving family members and friends. She will be greatly missed.
