Margaret "Peggy" Theresa Miller entered peacefully into rest in Oakland, California on August 10, 2019 at the age of 89. She was born December 12, 1929 in Oakland, California to parents Margaret and Steve Bacina. 

Margaret was above all a Mother and after graduating from St. Elizabeth High School in Oakland and marrying, spent much of her time raising her five children. She was a member of the St. Felicitas Women's Club, and loved dogs and cats, growing flowers, singing, playing the piano, and celebrating her Irish heritage with friends and beer. 

Margaret is survived by her children Steve, Ken, Norman and Mary; and grandchildren Jason, Jim, Marseia, Anna, Joe and Anthony. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Norman Miller, and son Tony. 

Visitation for Margaret will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, August 16, 2019, at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA, with a Vigil to be held at 7:00 PM. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA, where Margaret will be laid to rest with her late husband Norman.
