Margaret (Margie) Rodriguez
Born in Victoria, Texas on September 10, 1943. 

Margie lived in Victoria, San Diego, Oakland, and Alameda, California.   

She worked as a Mailhandler for the U.S. Postal Service for over 35 years, and served as a Union Steward for the National Mailhandler's Union.  She had many friends and developed long-lasting relationships.   

She is pre-deceased by her parents, Marcelino and Dora Rodriguez.  She is survived by her brother, Mark Rodriguez, her two children, Tim Haffey Jr., Deanna (Peter) Berzins, and her grandson, John Berzins.  

She enjoyed sports, especially the Oakland A's and Raiders.  She loved dogs and children.  As a music lover, her favorite was anything Elvis.  Her Texas-style pecan pie was a special family favorite.   

Her final years were spent at Alameda Healthcare & Wellness, where she made several dear friends.   

She passed away peacefully, due to Covid-19 complications on December 29, 2020.  Margie will be missed by family and friends.
