Margaret “Jill” Moran entered peacefully into rest in Pleasanton, California on December 13, 2019. She was 65 years old.

Born March 3, 1954 in San Diego, California to parents Jean Tucker and Lawrence Moran, Jill attended Chabot College, studying Health Information Management. Following graduation, she worked as a medical coder for Hill Physicians Medical Group for 27 years. She loved baking, old movies, and antiques, and especially her fur babies, Nellie and Jasmine.

Jill is survived by her children Jennifer James, Dana Flores (Cesar), and Joseph Balesteri (Ashley); grandchildren Jessica Quinoñez, Cesar Flores Jr., Michele Flores, Daniela Flores, Andrew James and Abbie James; great grandchildren Jesse and Isabella Quinoñez; sister Missie Rasmussen; beloved partner of 30 years, Bob Tapia; and many loving extended family members and cherished friends.

Jill will be laid to rest at San Carlos Cemetery in Monterey, California.
