Marcella Santos, lovingly remembered as “Grandma in the Kitchen” entered peacefully into rest on March 15, 2018 in San Leandro, CA. She was 93 years old.

Born in Tappen, North Dakota on October 6, 1924 to Sylvia and Fred Wallner, Marcella was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Known for her love of the Giant’s Baseball Team.

She is survived by her children, John T. Santos (Manon) and Susan Santos; grandchildren, Matthew and Sylvia Tirado, Dakotah Wuelfing, Thomas and Elaine Santos; great-grandchildren, Bleu and Violet Tirado, Wesley and Lily Wuelfing.

Marcella was pre-deceased by her husband in 1990, John Santos; siblings, Doris Helman, Cecil, Irving and Virgil Wallner.

Private burial services will be held.
