Lui Jr. Mikaele entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on February 7, 2020. He was 50 years old.

Born August 9, 1969 in Faga’alu, American Samoa, to parents Fogalilimu and Lui Mikaele, Lui loved to go fishing and spend time with his nephews and nieces. He worked in a cannery.

Lui is survived by his mother Fogalilimu; sisters Barbara Paselio, Jacinta Flynn, Avemaoe Kaio, Maria Otila Maniti, Jacinta Mikaele, Koreti Mikaele, Fatima Mikaele, Leonia Misipati, Lia Mikaele, Etevise Lemalu, Tu’ufoua Mikaele; and many other loving nieces, nephews and other family members.

Visitation for Lui Jr. will be held from 12:00 – 5:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd, San Lorenzo, CA 94580, with Services to begin at 3:00 PM.
