Lois Sterling was born to Elsie (nee Nauer) and Dante Puccinelli on September 17, 1924 in San Francisco, CA.

She attended Jefferson High School.

Lois and Walter were married from 1947-1997 and raised five children together.

Mrs. Sterling departed this life on October 29, 2017 in San Ramon, CA.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Stephen Gery (Lisa), Brian (Noreen), Karen  (Joe) and Matthew (Cindi); grandchildren, Jennifer, Jody, Christopher, Sarah, Lori, Pamela, Stephanie, Stacey, Renee, Robbie, Ryan and Jessica.; great-grandchildren, Luca, Matteo, Samuel, Austin and Addie; two siblings Marion and Jeannie; and a host of relatives and friends.

There will be a visitation for Lois on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

A vigil will begin at 7:00 P.M.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

Burial will be on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. at Holy Cross Cemetery.
