Leonor M. Cardoso passed away on August 24, 2016 in San Lorenzo, California. Leonor was born in Azores, Portugal on January 31, 1935, to parents; Laura Moniz and Lizuarte Hilario Moniz. She had four siblings; Antonio Souza, Maria Fuller, Lino Moniz and Clelia Jordan. Leonor was married to Lidio D. Cardoso for 39 years. They had five children together; Maria, Duarte, Gualter, Laura and Lidia. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

She was a homemaker for 60 years and she enjoyed playing cards and fishing.

A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday August 30, 2016, 4:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. With a rosary at 7:00p.m. Both will be held at Grissom’s Chapel and Mortuary 267 E. Lewelling Blvd. San Lorenzo, Ca. 94580. A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Leander’s Catholic Church on Wednesday August 31, 2016 9:30a.m. at 550 W. Estudillo Ave. San Leandro, Ca. 94577. The interment will follow at Lone Tree Cemetery 24591 Fairview Ave. Hayward, Ca. 94542
