Leonard Barnes Jr. passed away December 12, 2018 at the age of 89. He was born September 16, 1929 in Louisiana to parents Elnora and Leonard Barnes. 

Visitation for Leonard will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at City of Refuge UCC, 8400 Enterprise Way, Oakland, CA 94621, with services to follow at 11:00 AM. Leonard will be laid to rest at Rolling Hills Cemetery.
