Laumua Saga passed away, surrounded by her loving family, in Stockton, Ca. on Monday September 12, 2016. She was 71 years old.

  Laumua, also known as Sunshine preceeds her Daughter Star and leaves behind her Husband Malaesaiu, her children; Pentila, Junior, Tagi, Osana and Aleuia. Her grandchildren; Carlo, Tatiana, Saeu, Franchesca, Jelani, Pisisami, Kuini, Brandon, Vaueli, Alepati, Folomanu, Semika, Yun, Lomi, Osana Jr., Lazariaus and Luke. 7 Great Grand-sons and 4 Great-granddaughters.

  Born to Faipa and Lomi Taa’la in American Samoa she was one in nine children. She is survived by Tumanu, Violina, Saeuteuteu, Lomi and Tanu. Four she preceededs in passing. She attended the Matafaenua Alao School, received an education in nursing and would later become a CNA.

  Laumua Loved to cook, spend time with her family and take care of her many grandchildren. Sunshine was full of life and love and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 5:00 P.M to 8:00pm  at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 13901 Bancroft Ave. San Leandro, Ca. 94578

 The Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. also at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 13901 Bancroft Ave. San Leandro, Ca. 94578

Followed by the interment at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544
