Karen Blackburn entered peacefully into rest on September 9, 2019, at the age of 81. She was born February 13, 1938 in Amarillo, Texas to parents Dorothy and Edward Blackburn

Karen will be laid to rest with her family at Llano Cemetery in Amarillo, Texas.
