Juan Bautista Velazquez entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on July 31, 2021. He was 76 years old.

Born May 24, 1945 in Puerto Rico to parents Isabel and Juan Velazquez, Juan is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.
