Josephine Deleon Fragoza entered peacefully into rest at home in San Leandro, California on December 12, 2023. She was 61 years old.

Born December 31, 1961 in the Philippines to parents Catalina and Ronaldo Yulo, Josephine worked as a typist. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
