John Charles Higgins entered peacefully into rest in San Ramon, California on November 24, 2019. He was 54 years old. 

Born March 9, 1965 in Massachusetts to parents Gertrude and Charles Higgins, John worked as a Vice President for gas utilities for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife Marla Higgins, and two children, Jaclyn and Michael.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
