Joan Carol Wiley entered peacefully into rest at home in San Leandro, California on February 22, 2021. She was 84 years old.

Born March 22, 1936 in California to parents Irene and Leopold Wiley, Joan worked as a cashier for over 35 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
