Jessica Lyn Montgomery was born on July 30, 1980 to parents Frankie and Lynda Montgomery. She passed away on March 4, 2019 at the age of 38. 

A memorial service will be held to celebrate Jessica's life on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11 am.
