Jeffrey Scott Stayner entered peacefully into rest in Oakland, California on October 3, 2021. He was 66 years old.

Born March 14, 1955 in Alameda, California, Jeffrey served in the US Air Force. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
