Jean Phebus Nichol entered peacefully into rest in Concord, California on February 13, 2023. She was 96 years old.

Born July 19, 1926 in Maryland to parents Bessie and Harry Phebus, Jean worked as a social worker for 15 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
