Jasmine “Jazzy” Anufe Sapiga passed away December 27, 2018 in Castro Valley, CA at the age of 33. She was born June 18, 1985 in Oakland, CA.

Jasmine was self-employed, working as a driver for 18 years. She attended Leone High and Sunset University. She was a member of the Player’s Club and enjoyed fishing, karaoke and ka’a po. She was a proud recipient of the Aunty of the Year award.

Jasmine is survived by her parents, Anthony and Virginia Sapiga, and siblings Tony, Justina, Patrice and Nephi.

Visitation for Jasmine will be held from 5:00 – 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 6, 2019, with Family Service to be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2000 Highland Blvd., Hayward, CA 94542. Final services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 7, 2019, also at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Jasmine will be laid to rest at Lone Tree Cemetery, 24591 Fairview Ave, Hayward, CA 94542.
