Jackson Jeffrey Hannah entered peacefully into rest at home in San Ramon, California on December 16, 2020, at the age of 16. He was born August 26, 2004 in Minnesota.

Survived by his parents Jeff and Liberty and his sister Kristen, Jackson Hannah was a loving, sweet son and brother.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Cremation & Burial Centers.
