It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacinta Santos Roque, a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and devoted member of the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Jacinta Roque Santos was born in Coyuca de Benitz, Guerrero on September 11, 1944. She passed away peacefully at the age of 79 in her home in Corning, CA surrounded by her loving family and friends on December 1, 2023. Jacinta was a woman of unwavering faith and dedication to her beliefs. She spent her life in service to Jehovah and was a shining example of the values she held dear. Jacinta's commitment to her spiritual beliefs was evident in every aspect of her life. She was a pillar of support within her congregation. Jacinta is survived by her five children Juan, Cesar, Omar, Gipsy and Lila. Two daughter-in-laws, a son-in-law; ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. Jacinta is also survived by her brother, sister, brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

She was a beloved abuelita tia, and sister to many extended family members and friends. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, and her legacy of compassion will endure in the memories of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be greatly missed.
