Isabelle Payne-Brown entered peacefully into rest on April 7, 2022 .She was 74 years old. 

Born in Illinois on July 23, 1947 to Jesse Payne  and Elizabeth Mcmillon. She was a real estate agent for over 10 years. Isabelle will be deeply missed by everyone who loved her. 

An 11AM church service will be held on May 2, 2022 at City of Refuge Church located at 8637 International Blvd. Oakland, CA 94621. Isabelle will then be laid to rest at Rolling Hills Memorial Park located at 4100 Hilltop Drive Richmond, CA 94803.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
