Ida Mae Rose entered peacefully into rest in Castro Valley, California on September 3, 2020. She was 94 years old.

Born August 23, 1926 in Alabama, Ida worked as domestic worker, and also spent many years caring for race horses. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.
