Hung Huy Le entered peacefully into rest at home in Hayward, California on July 16, 2019. He was 83 years old. 

Born May 6, 1936 in Vietnam to parents Luu Cao and Ho Le, Hung worked as a police officer for over 20 years. He is survived by his wife Bay Tran.

Visitation for Hung will be held from 2:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA, with a chapel service to be held at 6:30 PM. Cremation will follow.
