Hugh Douglas Petersen entered peacefully into rest at home in Pleasanton, California on June 16, 2021. He was 68 years old.

Born July 13, 1952 in California to parents Joyce and Martin Petersen, Hugh worked as a high school teacher for 33 years. He is survived by his wife Kathleen and many other loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.
