Herbert S. Phillips entered peacefully into rest in Antioch, California on January 14, 2020, at the age of 68. He was born August 18, 1951 in San Francisco, California.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary. He will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery in Livermore, California.
