Hardy Moore entered peacefully into rest at home in Hayward, California on April 6, 2020. He was 82 years old.

Born May 13, 1937 in Louisiana to parents Irene Moore and Charles Kecton, Hardy worked as a labor foreman for Bechtal Construction for over 35 years. He loved baseball, and was drafted to the Chicago White Sox. He also loved fishing and camping.

Hardy is survived by his wife Frances Moore; children Beverly, Masha, Melinda, Nita, Sandra, Monique, Donald, Jackie, James, Irene, Roxanna, and Sylvia; and a host of loving extended family members and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
