Grace “Gracie” Mae Rodrigues entered peacefully into rest in Fremont, California on June 28, 2021. She was 81 years old.

Born November 23, 1939 in Hawaii to parents Henry Borelis and Mary Souza, Grace worked as a homemaker. She was a member of the 50th State Organization and loved making photo albums and watching her grandchildren.

Grace is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Eddie; children Tessi, Ronnie, Eddie and Sandy; grandchildren Manuel, Lucia, Marci, Anna, Devone, Julina, Via, Cris, Yolanda, Christina, Sabrina, Tiffany and Briana; great grandchildren Karen, Nathaniel, Isaiah, Talisa, Christian, Janessa, Leah, KJ, Kadoni, Jalen, Jahir, Milanca, Amari, Xavier, Armani, and Vincent; sibling Rhody; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her siblings Larry, Mikey, Bobby and Richard. Grace will be greatly missed.

Visitation for Grace will be held from 3-7 PM on Wednesday, July 7 at Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA, with a Vigil to begin at 6 PM. Visitation will continue from 9-10 AM on Thursday, July 8, also at Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary. She will be laid to rest at 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 8 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA.
