Georgia Edna Pugh, 83, passed away on December 17, 2018, in Stockton, CA.

Viewing is available from 9:00-9:30. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at St. Philip Church in Dublin. A private burial will follow in Concord, CA.

Georgia was born in Lake Providence, LA to Eddie and Eva Britt on July 27, 1935.

As a child growing up in Louisiana, she enjoyed dancing to country music and fishing with her father, brothers, and sisters. Later, as a mother and wife, some of her fondest memories were watching her husband, children, and even grandchildren go fishing.

Georgia worked as a waitress for Denny's in Pleasanton for 13 years and ran a daycare from her home until retirement.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Lee Pugh, 7 children Rick, Ken, Eddie, Eva, Jill, Jan and Hope, 21 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
