Georganne Shaw passed away peacefully on November 4, 2016, just 12 days shy of her 84th birthday. She was surrounded by longtime friends and caregivers in her home in Alamo, CA.
Born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1932 she always had a free spirit and love for dance and music that would stay with her though out her entire life. She loved singing, dancing. Listening to music, sharing music with others and enjoying the spotlight. All those who knew her loved being around her and listening to her stories and beautiful voice. She loved stuffed animals and being in the Stamm Care Home in Alamo. She spent 12 years of her life at this residence. Enjoying holidays and most of all birthday celebrations, especially her own birthday which she took much joy in. She shared these experiences with the devoted and caring staff.
