Garland entered peacefully into rest on March 7, 2022. He was 89 years old. 

Born on May 11, 1932 . He will be missed deeply by family and friends. 

Garland will be laid to rest at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road Dixon, CA 95620.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
