Frank John Quattro Jr. entered peacefully into rest in New York, California on February 17, 2023. He was 59 years old.

Born May 31, 1963 in New York to parents Harva and Frank Quattro, Frank owned cosmetology and barber schools for many years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be greatly missed.
