Frank Cisneros entered into rest on December 8, 2025, at the age of 82.

Frank was born on March 7, 1943 in Globe, Arizona, to parents Fred and Susan Cisneros. He would go on to serve in the U.S. Army, after which he would work as a mail carrier for USPS for 26 years. In his free time, Frank loved to build and work on motorcycles and was a true foodie. He was also a successful landlord, machinist, veteran, and award-winning sky diver.

Frank is survived by his wife of 40 years Cynthia Cisneros, his children Eloy Cisneros, Serina Cisneros, Alicia Cisneros, Olivia Cisneros, Scott Cisneros, grandchildren Jordan Cisneros, Elayna Cisneros, Reyna Garcia, Mateo Cisneros-Castro, and Nora Cisneros-Miller, and siblings Linda Cisneros, Gilbert Cisneros, and Daniel Cisneros. He is predeceased by his siblings Paul Cisneros and Freida Shraeder.

A memorial service will be held on February 28, 2026, from 1:00-4:00 P.M. at the Hayward Veterans Memorial Army Hall.
