Frances Verenael Woods entered peacefully into rest in Alameda, California on March 11, 2020. She was 66 years old. 

Born February 22, 1953 in Oakland, California to parents Tellar and Howard Flournoy, Frances worked as a registered dental assistant for over 30 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends.
