Frances Jean Thomas-Holmes entered peacefully into rest at home in Oakland, California January 31, 2024. She was 38 years old.

Born June 30, 1985 in California to parents Frances and Robert Yancey, Frances is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.  

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
