Flordeliza “Flor” Bungay entered peacefully into rest in San Leandro, California on December 12, 2019. She was 89 years old.

Born March 4, 1930 in The Philippines to parents Balbina and Felix Torres, Flor worked as a full time housewife for over 67 years, raising her 5 children. She loved to cook, garden, watch movies, and play slot machines in her free time.

Flor is survived by her husband of 67 years, Juan Bungay Sr.; children Raquela, Dolores, Yolanda, Lourdes, and Juan Jr.; grandchildren Mark, Martin, Marie Rachel, Marvin, Bryan, Joanne and Nicole. She was preceded in death by her siblings Victor, Guillermo, Primitiva and Elena.

Flor will be laid to rest at Lone Tree Cemetery in Hayward, California.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom’s Chapel & Mortuary.
