Florabel Cruz Velasquez entered into rest on July 18, 2022, at the age of 52.

Florabel, also lovingly known as Bheng, Flora, and Flong Flong, was born in Pampanga, Philippines on October 18, 1969, to parents  Teodoro L. Cruzand Maria Lourdes C. Cruz. Florabel dedicated her life to her family, and in her free time she loved baking, cooking, and watching K-dramas. Her love of baking led her to also obtain her pastry certification.

Florabel is survived by her husband of 36 years, John G. Velasquez; their children, Christian John Velasquez, Christine Jobel Velasquez, and Castiel John Velasquez; and siblings, Alicia Villanueva, Bernardo Cruz, Cynthia Pangan, Eric Cruz, Glenda Del Puerto, and Niño Henry Cruz. She is predeceased by her brother Dennis Cruz.

Care has been entrusted to Grissom's Mortuary.
