Eugene Arthur Rapp entered peacefully into rest in Pleasanton, California on July 3, 2021. He was 83 years old.

Born October 13, 1937 in California to parents Dorothy and William Rapp, Eugene is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.
