Etheline L. Parker entered peacefully into rest at home in Hayward, California on July 13, 2021. She was 71 years old. 

Born February 2, 1950 in Alabama to parents Mattie and Frank Parker, Etheline worked as a cook for 19 years. She is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be deeply missed.
