Elmira H. Williams entered into rest on June 10, 2022, at the age of 89.

Elmira was born in Texas on June 10, 1933, to parents Ray Haynes and Frances Reathy. After recieving her bachelors degree, Elmira went on to dedicate 41 years of her life to teaching special education.

Elmira is survived by her sister, Joyce Haynes. Her loved ones have entrusted her care to Grissom's Mortuary.
