Elma Matthews was born on March 30, 1928 in South Carolina. She passed away on February 1, 2018 at the age of 89.

Celebrations for Elma will be on Friday, February 16, 2018. There will be a visitation from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. and a service following at 11:00 a.m. at the 23rd St. Church of Christ in Oakland.
