Elma H. Cobarrubia passed away January 9, 2019 in Gateway, CA at the age of 70. She was born July 4, 1948 in Cavite, Philippines to parents Felisa and Armando Cobarrubia. 

Elma worked in financial banking for 20 years before retiring. She enjoyed playing Bingo. 

Elma is survived by her children Ronnie Cruz, Kristina Ignacio, Priscilla Pangan and Pamela Pangan; grandchildren Jalen Cruz, Kadence Ignacio, Maia Cruz and Knovi Ignacio; and siblings Lucy Cobarrubia, Lisa Brown and Armando Cobarrubia.

Visitation for Elma wil be held from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 26, 2019, with funeral services at 1:00 PM and a reception to follow, all at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA.
