Eldora Walton entered into rest at her San Lorenzo home on March 4, 2017.  She was 85 years old.

Born in Grass Valley on March 17, 1931, Eldora was the only child of Edward and Florence Bosanko.  She attended Grass Valley Elementary school and graduated from Oakland Technical High School.  She met and married the love of her life, Donald.  They would share 64 years together and raised two children, the third passed hours after birth.  Eldora enjoyed crafts, collecting dolls and attending Red Hat Lady events.  She was treasured by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Eldora is survived by her husband, Donald; children, Linda (Chuck) Florio, Lori (Jim) Hilson and Gary Walton; grandchildren, Mathew, Sarah, Stephanie and Megan; great grandchildren, Leah, Jace, Lily, Guido and Jeriah; and many cherished friends.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 10, 2017 from noon to 1 pm at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo.  Funeral services begin at 1 pm.  Eldora will be laid to rest at Mt. Eden Cemetery in Hayward.
