Efren Tibayan Pingco passed away June 10, 2019, at the age of 68. He was born May 4, 1951 in The Philippines to parents Milagros and Melencio Pingco. He is survived by his wife Alicia Pingco. 

Services for Efren will be held from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA.
