Edward George Fernandez entered peacefully into rest in Hayward, California on April 29, 2020 after a long illness.  He was 85 years old.

He is survived by his wife of  65 years, Deanne Fernandez.  Children Lisa Psaila, Ed Fernandes and Theresa Ballinger. Grandchildren Marcy Psaila, Danielle Grey, Michael Fernandes, AJ Fernandes, Brittany Hylton and Branden Hylton.

Edward worked in the grocery industry for 30 years, many of those years as a manager.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing golf.  Ed will be remembered for his unique sense of humor.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
