Dwight Emery Bell entered peacefully into rest at home in Oakland, California on August 19, 2021. He was 69 years old. 

Born September 22, 1951 in Oakland, California to parents Christine and Robert Bell, Dwight worked as a rice mill machine operator for over 20 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
