Dwayne Eric Cooper entered peacefully into rest in Oakland, California on June 18, 2023. He was 62 years old.

Born October 9, 1960 in California to parents Frankie and Verl Cooper Sr., Dwayne is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.
