Debra Elaine Rico entered peacefully into rest in San Leandro, California on April 18, 2020. She was 62 years old.

Born January 6, 1958 in Turkey to parents Glennis and Elmer Kehres Jr., Debra worked as a paraeducator for over 25 years. She is survived by her daughter Courtney and many other loving family members and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary.
