David Stephen Ginsburg was born on July 14, 1945 in Oakland, CA to Samuel Ginsburg and Emma Palcho. He passed away on April 26, 2018 at the age of 72.

He honorably served in the US Army and following his service worked for 25 years as an aircraft mechanic.

He is survived by his cousin, Carolyn Star.

His ashes will be respectfully scattered at sea.
