David Ira Kelvin entered peacefully into rest in Dublin, California on October 16, 2020. He was 68 years old.

Born January 5, 1952 in New York to parents Beatrice and William Levy, David worked as a defense attorney for 41 years. He is survived by many loving family members and friends, and will be greatly missed.
